How to Get the Best Results
STEP 1
cleanse non-damaging shampoo
SOAK hair thoroughly.
SQUEEZE a small amount to palm and rub hands together to create lather.
MORE WATER = more LATHER.
MASSAGE gently onto scalp & hair.
RINSE until squeaky clean.
TIPS
For less frequent washing or significant styling product build-up, two cleansings might be required. REPEAT if necessary.

STEP 2
nurture restorative conditioner
APPLY a small amount to palm and spread evenly between hands.
DISTRIBUTE through wet hair, root to tips. (Yes! Condition your scalp!)
LEAVE IN for 3 minutes.
RINSE THOROUGHLY.
Hair should feel squeaky clean.
TIPS
Need detangling? Rinse and towel-dry hair, then apply Protect Spray. Detangle and style as usual. NURTURE has been formulated to restore and heal, not coverup sulfate damage. Do not use with conventional (sulfate-based) shampoos.

Wet hair will feel less slippery than with conventional conditioners. Hair will dry more quickly.
STEP 3
protect finishing leave-in spray
SHAKE WELL EACH USE.
HOLD bottle 8-10 inches from head.
MIST lightly over clean, damp hair.
COMB gently through hair. DRY & STYLE as usual.
How Much?
Use sparingly. Damp hair should feel smooth but not oily. 3 pumps should be sufficient for straight, shoulder-length hair.
TIPS
Fine hair? Every other cleanse, try alternating Conditioner and Protect Spray. More detangling? Long or thick hair will need 6-12 pumps.
